This cell features an ABB IRB 2600 robot managed by a custom Restart HMI. The system processes 440 devices per minute across three different models. It includes a variable-pitch gripper head for thermoformed picking and loading onto the line. There are four operator loading stations, upgradeable to robotic loading.
