This Robotic steaming cell is equipped with dual ABB IRB 2600 anthropomorphic robots for zoned ironing distribution and enhanced ironing quality. The robot head features adjustable compensation through a proportional valve, with iron temperature controlled via an integrated thermocouple, viewable and adjustable through the HMI. The custom Restart HMI also allows for pressure adjustment in each seat zone.
